If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your order having been delivered to you.

Returns will only be accepted on items that have not been worn or used and are in the same condition as they were when delivered.

We will inspect all returns as soon as we receive them and refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 days of the return.

 

Exchanges

We will arrange for both the collection of the items to be returned and  the delivery of the replacement. Please ensure the items being returned are properly packaged for transport.

A handling fee of R100 will apply to all exchanges except where an item you ordered was damaged or the incorrect item was delivered, in which case this fee will be waivered.

 

Refunds

Provided the items being returned are in an acceptable condition as detailed above, we will refund the original amount paid for the returned items less the handling fee.

A handling fee of R50 will apply to all refunds except where an item you ordered was damaged or the incorrect item was delivered, in which case this fee will be waivered.

Please note gift cards are non-refundable.
