Payment

We currently accept payment by Debit or Credit Card, EFT (bank transfer) and Snapscan.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club payments.

To pay using your debit or credit card, select Pay with Card as your payment option at checkout and you will be redirected to a secure payment processing portal where you simply follow the steps to complete payment.

 

If you choose to pay via EFT you will receive an email containing our banking details once you have placed your order. Once you have transferred the funds from your account to ours please email proof of payment to info@threadbear.co.za.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared into our account which can take up to 3 working days.

 

Snapscan

Snapscan is a secure payment app which lets you make quick and easy payments using your smartphone.  It can be used whether you are shopping on our mobile site via your phone or on our desktop site via a computer. When shopping on our desktop site, you’ll need to have your smartphone handy as once you place your order you will be taken to a screen where you will see a QR code you’ll need to scan with your Snapscan app.
